Yuri Puzyrev: biography
The hero of this article was born in the Moscow region, more precisely, in the village of Serebryanye Prudy. It happened in May 1926. The childhood of Yuri Puzyrev took place in Leningrad, where his parents moved soon after the birth of his son. He was already a teenager when the Great Patriotic War began.
In 1944, Yuri entered the Engineering College. Around the same time, he began to take part in the extras of the Bolshoi Drama Theater. To this decision, the young man was pushed by a mother who believed in the acting talent of her son. In 1948, Puzyrev was selected for the Moscow Art Theater School. The young man was enrolled in a course taught by I. M. Raevsky. The aspiring actor became a graduate of the school in 1952.
Theatre
For several years, Yuri Puzyrev gained experience on the stage of the Central Transport Theater. In 1958, the young man joined the creative team of the Moscow Art Theater. Together with a comrade, he must cross the front line in order to deliver the encryption and money to the partisans. The situation is complicated by the fact that the thoughts of partner Bezais are busy with his girlfriend, whom he wants to meet.
It was thanks to the military melodrama "On the Other Side" that Yuri began fruitful cooperation with composer Alexandra Pakhmutova, which lasted for many years. He brilliantly performed many of her songs, among them “Farewell to Bratsk, ” “Songs of Anxious Youth, ” and “Power Line 500”.
