Mikhail Vasilievich Golubovich was born in Ukraine, at the end of November 1943. Childhood was marked by active sports, the young man managed to become a master of sambo. In addition, Mikhail Golubovich was attracted by creative activity, at the school they invited to play on stage. After which he decided to seriously study as an actor. But the first time failed to do so. I had to work at the plant for some time - I was a cupcake worker, a hammer thief, and an assistant to the spout. In one of the introductory campaigns, a contest was held at the Kiev State Institute of Theater Arts.
Creative life
In the early years of training, it was difficult. According to the actor himself, he was absolutely unplastic, could not move, dance, was shy of the scene. In the second year, they even planned to expel him. But the curator, Anatoly Skibenko, intervened. For which the actor is still grateful to him. Diligence and discipline helped Mikhail Golubovich to graduate with dignity. The actor was sent to work in Lugansk, there was a musical and drama theater. Loyalty to him, Mikhail Golubovich carried through his whole life. In 1987, the actor was appointed artistic director of the theater.
Mikhail Vasilievich undertook any work with enthusiasm, never expected a suitable role, was glad that he got it. Therefore, in his piggy bank a lot of episodic roles. The actor’s best works include the role of Ivan Turkenich in The Young Guard, Montanelli in The Italian Tragedy, Dugin in The Privates, and Peter in The Wild Angel.
Film works
The debut role in the movie was the image of the foreman in the short film "Motrya", which was released in 1967. The picture was shot as part of the "Beginning of the unknown century" (almanac).
Following this, the actor Mikhail Golubovich began to be invited to the role of historical figures. For example, in the drama "And there was evening and there was morning …" he played the role of the sailor Godun. The picture is about the Revolution of 1917 and the participation of sailors of the Baltic Fleet.
In The Prisoners of Beaumont, Golubovich recreated the image of Vasily Porik, the hero of the Soviet Union, who organized a group of underground workers in the prisoner camp.
In the "Red Blizzard", which tells of the 1917 Revolution in the Bessarabian steppes, Mikhail Vasilyevich appeared before the audience in the image of a soldier Kozma Kalmatsuy.
The actor brought popularity to a secondary role - the Bolshevik sailor Sergei Polevoy in the children's film "Dirk", based on the novel by writer Anatoly Rybakov in 1973.
At the same time, the film "How Steel Was Tempered" was released, where Golubovich starred in the role of Artem.
After the perestroika, Golubovich was invited to shoot in Ukrainian paintings. However, in 2015, he was invited to play the movie The Last Janissary to play the merchant Nicephorus.
