What is a mask?

Xiaomi engineers have already registered a patent for the device, although the protective mask itself is still at the development stage. According to the documents that the company provided to the authorities, a special computing module equipped with a processor will be built into the mask. Thanks to this technology, an innovative means of prevention can store and transmit all the information received.

In addition, the mask will also cleanse the air we breathe. Based on all the information received, the device will monitor the air pollution that the mask user inhales. Also, the system will carry out control, determining how long a person wore a mask.

How will she work

The device can be connected to the phone. To do this, you need to download the application, which will display all the necessary information about the quality of oxygen inhaled by the user. Also, the developers noted that the device will not only notify about the air quality in one place or another, it will inform you what the weather is outside the window at the moment.

Another major achievement of the developers is that the mask is able to detect respiratory disorders and give recommendations that help maintain the health of a particular person. The sensors will record the breathing process, and then carry out calculations, taking into account all extraneous factors, including physical activity and air quality, which the user is breathing.
