Why is everything so difficult? This is the question we ask when something goes wrong, and the problems of an excessive load fall on our shoulders. Sometimes it seems that there is not enough air, free flight due to the feeling of constant oppression of time and circumstances that can not always be influenced.

Origin

The question "Why is everything so complicated?" occurs to almost all people on planet Earth. Were it not for these very difficulties, we would not know what life is, because it is a font of positive and negative events, to which we can develop only a certain reaction. By the way, the right reaction already helps to simplify the difficulties. But first things first.

And dig a hole ourselves …

Why is everything so difficult? This exclamation is usually inherent in people who want to do too much without spending time and effort on it. Life, in its essence, is not something complicated. Our perception is the stumbling block in the fate of man. The word either destroys a person’s life or inspires him, giving a portion of magical inspiration. Did you know that a muse is not needed for an elevated state? You yourself, with your hard work, are able to nurture sprouts of inspiration within you, you just have to grab onto them with all your strength and hold out for as long as possible.

Life is a difficult thing for a person who is trying to take control of too much. The "director" of his life often encounters obstacles such as:

  • lack of investment (lack of education, connections, funds);
  • unexpected or irrational expenses (illness, gifts, helping others, repairs);
  • social factor (unsuccessful relationships, quarrels with relatives, fruitless disputes or persuasion), bureaucracy (certificates, passports, certificates and other paperwork)

Having estimated the scale of what is happening, the average person can fall into a final gloom. “Life is a tricky thing!” Exclaim the “directors”, but they don’t even know that changing the spectrum of perception would help them gain long-awaited freedom. Of course, we will always depend on external circumstances. But the bonds of the universal burden can be relieved only when you reach a new level. Why is everything so difficult? Reflections on this issue lead to one simple truth - we cannot control everything. Of course, this phrase is not an axiom. You can try it for yourself, but, as the experience of many people shows, the desire to put everything in order sooner or later can lead to a nervous breakdown.

It's not just that …

Opinions on this issue differ. Some argue that the Universe has prepared a specific scenario for us in advance, while others are confident that we ourselves are both a great good and the greatest evil for ourselves. And indeed, everything is not just as we would like. The fact is that we are the product of our actions and thoughts, and sometimes a phrase like “I refuse to eat meat” already dramatically changes our lives. Have you noticed that with a different mental attitude, even the course of fate proceeds differently? Fallen ice cream is either evil rock or a funny farce that has haunted us for half our lives.

Our well-being will depend on the emotions that we put into this event. Sincere laughter of oneself or nervous excitement can set the tone for the whole evening. Now think about the totality of such evenings. All this becomes a motto in life. Each lived moment imposes the next layer in your piggy bank of experiences. Why not learn to use the moment - instead of a moment of anger, feel the comedy of your own situation and allow yourself to enjoy even the moment of your own failure. After all, it is the pleasure of life that is what everyone living subconsciously strives for. It remains only to go out into the light.

In the eyes of the beholder

We are so used to the role of the “director” that we forget that we are gradually turning into puppets of another leadership. Any individual desire for power or control obliges us to obey those to whom these privileges belong to a greater extent. The freedom of one ends where the freedom of the other ends.

But if you do not infringe on the freedom of other people and, first of all, yourself, you can realize that we do not belong either to ourselves or to anyone else. We are just a shadow of our actions and thoughts - this is the result of reflection. Why is everything so difficult? Because, not understanding ourselves, we are trying to build other matters and, as a result, remain knocked out.

How to find the truth?

And although this concept will forever remain a mystery of philosophy, we can produce new versions of truths in our subconscious. To do this, it is enough to turn off the "director" and let the "observer" go outside.

Who is an “observer”? This is a man who knows how to abstract from everything that happens. To enter the role of “observer”, you need to learn to view your life through the prism of a distant viewer. The viewer is worried about the hero, but in sad moments he does not lose the feeling that everything that happens is just a picture, a story whose outcome is impossible to predict. The "Observer" learns to enjoy any plot, and this is far from masochism. He empathizes with the “protagonist, ” but he has no conviction in his head that this only happens to him. All events are the product of consistent actions that you can enjoy forever. You can always scroll through the incident options in your head, but it’s a real pleasure to look at yourself from the point of view of an “observer” - the situation is released and turns into another exciting blockbuster / thriller with you in the first role.
