In this story, a man who looks like Arsen Nuridzhanov (the head of BashDomCom, a former candidate for deputy of the Kurultay of the Republic of Belarus, nominated by the United Russia party), talks about trying to replace him with Anatoly Dubovsky, a member of the public chamber. Dubovsky has the support of the Speaker of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB Konstantin Tolkachev.
The plot mentions that earlier during a hunt in the Tuymazinsky district, a man was allegedly accidentally shot dead by Tolkachev. This was covered, according to the participant in the video, Anas Khasanov, the then Minister of the Interior of Bashkortostan.
