"Homeless people are forced to seek food in the trash, although they could take it in some more civilized way, " says Mina.
The next day, the restaurateur put up a refrigerator at the door of her restaurant, where she now at the end of the working day piles up the remnants of unsold food. Boxing works as a self-service machine: anyone in need can take everything they need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mina even began to sign the dates on the packages so that people would know exactly when the food got into the refrigerator.
