This sweet and charming woman harmoniously combines such titles as a beautiful wife, a caring mother, a famous skier and an international master of sports. About the biography and family of Julia Chekaleva is described below.

Childhood of the future champion

Julia Chekaleva was born on February 6, 1984 in a family of skiers in the small town of Vologda. Parents dreamed that their beloved daughter would grow up physically developed and achieve world success. Therefore, from an early age, they accustomed their daughter to a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and regular sports. When the girl was 3 years old, her parents enrolled her in the figure skating section. But Julia Chekaleva did not show much desire to engage in this sport. Therefore, the desired success on the ice was not.

When the girl turned 7 years old, she became interested in skiing, and her parents without hesitation wrote the young athlete to the ski section in a group with coach Vera Zheltukhina, which significantly influenced the entire biography of Julia Chekaleva. It was here that Julia showed her zeal and diligence. The trainer noted the ability of the girl for skiing and accustomed the future champion to responsibility and determination. It was Vera Zheltuhina who instilled in Yulia the will to win, resistance to defeat, and the desire to constantly improve to achieve Olympus.

Very soon, Chekaleva began to participate in city, regional and district competitions. Feeling the taste of victory, the girl set herself the goal of becoming in the future a famous world-class athlete.
