He was born on October 23, 1976 in the city of Moscow. He grew up in an intelligent family not related to the acting profession. Starting from kindergarten, I constantly participated in festive events. Poems were especially easy for him - he quickly remembered them.
At school, he studied in a circle of young astronauts, at the age of twelve he signed up for ballroom dancing. Teachers noted his good sense of rhythm and plasticity.
Studying in the ninth grade, Michael met in the House of Pioneers with the guys from the theater studio. It was then that he decided to become an artist.
At 16, he enters GITIS on the first attempt. He is enrolled in the course of A. Borodin. Later, the actor was surprised at how he did it, because he did not read much and was not very interested in literature before admission. And at the entrance exams, he called physical culture his favorite school subject.
Mikhail Gorsky did not serve in the army, but believes that the basics of army discipline took place in a pioneer camp, where he rested on school holidays from seven to twelve years. He believes that the army has lost a lot in his face - because he really loves strict order and discipline. He considers himself a punctual and obligatory person, which is rare in the acting environment.
Career
In 1997, after graduating from GITIS, Mikhail Gorsky worked at RAMT (Russian Academic Youth Theater).
From 2002 to 2009 He was an actor in the Hermitage Theater in Moscow. He was involved in productions of "Azef", "Monster", "Suer-Vyer", "Russian Preference".
After some time, under the direction of director M. Roshchin, he plays in the performances The School of Fools and The Beekeepers.
Currently works at the Theater of Nations.
In 2001 he made his debut in cinema - he played the role of the groom in the film "Holiday" by Igor Sukachev.
