Chernyshev Alexey Andreevich was born on March 29, 1939 in the Orenburg region, in the Novosergievsky district, the village of Rybkino. Father was called Andrey Gavrilovich, mother - Anna Andreyevna. Chernyshev is married and has a daughter. Alexey Andreevich is fond of gardening, professional and historical literature. He loves cars, especially self-propelled cars.
Education
After graduation, Alexei Chernyshev entered the Chkalovsky College of Agriculture. He graduated in 1957. Then he studied at the Orenburg Agricultural Institute. He graduated in 1962, received the specialty "mechanical engineer". Then he studied at the Academy of Social Sciences. He graduated from the university in 1987.
Labor activity
Alexey Andreevich began working immediately after the agricultural institute. Chernyshev was distributed in the state farm "Soviet". He was in a remote village, on the border with Kazakhstan. The village lacked a mechanical engineer, and Alexei Chernyshev got a job in a repair shop.
In 1965, Chernyshev was promoted to the main specialist, and then became the head of the regional production department in the field of agriculture.
Party work
Since 1973, Aleksei Andreevich began to contribute to party work. At first he was the first secretary of Akbulaksky district. In this position, he worked for almost seventeen years. In 1978, Chernyshev moved to live in Orenburg. He worked as the head of the regional department of agriculture and the 1st deputy chairman of the agricultural council.
In 1983 he became a member of the regional committee, and in the ninetieth year - a deputy. Then he reached the chairman of the Committee on Social Development of the Village, Food and Agricultural Issues through the career ladder. He joined the Agrarian Union and Russian Unity parties.
In the ninety-third year, after the dissolution of the parliament, Alexei Chernyshev became the first deputy minister of agriculture of Russia. A little later, in the same year, he was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation, and in 1995 he was re-elected.
Governor activity
In 1999, the governor of the Orenburg region was elected. There was fierce competition for this post between Vladimir Elagin and Pavel Gurkalov. One was the current governor, the second - the director of the plant. Chernyshev as the main candidate was not perceived at all, but by a fraction of a percent ahead of Gurkalov and entered the second round of elections.
Aleksey Andreevich was able to get around Yelagin by a margin of 9 percent of the vote. As a result, Chernyshev received the post of governor of the Orenburg region. In 2000, Alexei Andreevich became a member of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Committee on Agricultural Policy. The following year, he resigned his first powers.

In the same year, on the fifteenth of June, Chernyshev transferred his powers to the head of the Orenburg region to Y. Berg. In the fall of 2014, Alexei Andreevich left the post of representative in the Federation Council from the region. A deputy from the LDPR party E. Afanasyev was appointed to this position.
