The future businessman was born on November 16, 1958 in Leningrad. After graduating from school, the guy preferred the faculty of automated control systems at the Moscow Aviation Institute. At the end of the university, in 1982, Kozlovsky received the specialty of systems engineer.
In 1987, Sergey defended his Ph.D. thesis in technical sciences, having previously completed postgraduate studies at the research institute.
But at the achieved level of education, the future businessman did not stop. In 1999, Sergei Kozlovsky entered the Faculty of Business Administration at the Academy of National Economy. After graduating from the Academy, in 2001 he received a diploma in the profession of a top-level manager.

At the end of the Aviation Institute, the guy got a job at the Research Institute of Automatic Equipment, having received the position of engineer. For several years, Kozlovsky worked as a programmer in his own research institute.
