However, many believe that evaluating a person’s mind by IQ is the wrong tactic. Perhaps the title of a true intellectual deserves the one who made a revolutionary discovery in the field of science? Or the one who solved the problem that haunted the great minds of the whole world for a century? If so, then perhaps the most intelligent person in the world is our compatriot, Gregory Perelman.
