General biography
Litvin Nikolai Mikhailovich was born in the small village of Sloboda, which is located in the Zhytomyr region. The future commander was born in 1961.

Litvin Nikolai Mikhailovich began to build his career when he went to serve in the army. He was called up in 1980.
After military service, he decided to pursue a military career. To do this, he entered the higher military-political school, which was located in Donetsk. It specialized in engineering and communications troops.
He graduated with honors in 1984, receiving a gold medal. The next stage of his military career was service in the ranks of the airborne troops. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Litvin Nikolai Mikhailovich decided to serve in the Ukrainian armed forces.
