Litvin Nikolai Mikhailovich was born in the small village of Sloboda, which is located in the Zhytomyr region. The future commander was born in 1961.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Litvin Nikolai Mikhailovich decided to serve in the Ukrainian armed forces. True, at first, relations between the Russian and Ukrainian armies were very benevolent.
