When such a dream comes true, it is understandable to everyone and brings joy to children, as well as mature boys and girls. The owner and founder of the Prestige-Holding company, Sergey Alexandrovich Kushnarenko, realizes his dreams on a large scale. He built a stadium, a sports complex, a temple at his own expense, is building a landscape park “Loga” in the Old Village.
Background
According to some media reports, the idea to build a fabulous city for everyone came to Kushnarenko in his childhood. This happened on a walk with the neighboring guys along the Log Beam, from which the park then received the name.
The total area of the fairy garden is about 16 hectares, but the territory continues to develop, being built up with new fabulous places. The opening took place in 2012. There is a recreation area in a provincial town with the old Cossack name - Old Village. Loga Park arose on the site of an extensive small-town dump site, which was once taken out, carried out earthwork and began to build a dream town.
The first question that arises for those wishing to visit the named place of rest concerns the cost of the visit. Entrance to Loga Park (Old Village) is free, and the owner does not plan to introduce a commercial visit. Also free is the use of equipped barbecue areas, sanitary areas, children's attractions.
Landscape park
"Loga Park" (Old Village) is divided into sectors, each of which has its own name and surroundings. At the entrance, guests are greeted with bread and salt sculptures of a Cossack and Cossacks, which is why many have associations with the Sholokhov heroes of the novel "Quiet Don", Grigory Melikhov and Aksinya. To get to the territory, you need to go through the bridge, and immediately after it begins a fairy tale. Visitors everywhere are accompanied by sculptures of animals, children's cartoon characters, lakes, grottoes and waterfalls.
The “Lake of lovers” sector is a platform around an artificial reservoir where you can indulge in dreams and conversations, having chosen a secluded place. For design, huge blocks of stone were used here, brought especially to realize the ideas of landscape design, which is famous for the “Loga Park” (Old Village).
Goldfish
In the next sector, there is a water wheel on a bridge thrown across the pond. Everyone can try their hand and twist it. For men, this activity is fascinating, and most women do not master the attraction. Bypassing this attraction, the path leads the adventurer to the hut on chicken legs, where there are all the attributes of witchcraft life.
Having escaped the spells from Baba Yaga, the tourist, according to a fairy tale, falls on the shores of the lake. Real fish in the lake - of several species. There are sturgeons and even goldfish that fulfill wishes.

Waterfalls and Swans
In addition to sculptures of heroes of fairy tales and epics, in the recreation area a lot of space and attention is paid to living representatives of the world of birds and animals. Walking along the fabulous lawns, it is worth going into the sector with the poetic name “Swan Fidelity”. Black and white swans live here. They are friendly, but live their own lives, for black one part of the lake is highlighted, and white birds live in another. Swan families are entertained by funny frogs, settled down by a sculptural group on the shore.
"Loga Park" (Old Village) differs from many in one quality: it is made with great love for the place and cause. It is this feeling that is poured into the air. There is still a little childishness and a lot of ravishing creative freedom in every object, sculpture, stones, trees and flowers.
Landscaping is selected according to the color scheme, flower beds are well-groomed, green lawns delight the eye with freshness. Kingdom of Curved Reflections
The path to the children's sector lies through the "fortress walls", where waterfalls fall, and curved mirrors serve as protection. The children enjoy a lot of pleasure with their own reflection, changing shape from mirror to mirror, there is a lot of laughter and joyful exclamations. The Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors is one of the most beloved places in the park.
The entrance to it lies through the gates of fabulous trees. It is worthwhile to prepare for the fact that besides you, bizarre characters will look into the mirrors, of which a great many are scattered around the site. Eared muscular hares, eccentric gnomes, multi-colored clowns accompany lovers of reflections. Here flows a mountain stream flowing into the pond, which is guarded by a tongued troll.
For children, Loga Park (Old Village) offers a playground with attractions and heroes of children's fairy tales. There is no entertainment, breathtaking speed, pitch or sound. Swings, slides, walls are made of wood or stones. They help the child to develop, and not to produce adrenaline with technical devices.
Stone Park and Zoo
Not every city, especially a small one, has a zoo. By the labor of Kushnaryov, he is in the town of Staraya Stanitsa (Kamensky district). Loga Park is equipped with aviaries where representatives of the bird world and very few other animals live. Here they feel good and comfortable. Here you can meet large talkative parrots, the majestic royal peacocks, to the delight of the public, demonstrate their bright plumage. The stone park surprises visitors with bizarre shapes and varied textures. Peering into the boulders, one can consider the outlines of unknown animals, birds and fantastic monsters. The stones are scattered on the green carpet of the lawn in the design of flower beds. Not far from this place, a Russian stove awaits visitors, on which Emelya is about to jump on. A squirrel settled down next to it, in which the nuts were not simple: "all the shells are golden, the kernels are pure emerald."
Infrastructure
The park is constantly expanding - everyone who was there at the opening will no longer recognize these places, so everything has changed for the better. With great pride, the locals respond about the strange place, because everything happens before their eyes. Blossoming Old Village (Rostov region)! Loga Park is a unique place. The existence of this recreation area is based on the principles of beauty and altruism.
Apparently for this reason, there are few hunters to destroy and litter. Of course, there is a guard in the park that intervenes if one of the strollers has too abused the “pleasure” drinks, such people simply take out little white hands outside the park.
Movements within the territory mainly occur on foot, but there is a children's tram, and for adults who love fast driving, free segways are provided. Cars remain outside the recreation area in an extensive parking lot, there is no fee.
A couple of years ago it was necessary to come here with a supply of food, it was possible to arrange a picnic on our own grounds on equipped sites. Today you can have a bite to eat in a cafe or restaurant. The founder has plans for a hotel, it has already been built, but has not yet been opened.
