Lyubertsy cemetery is located in the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region. It consists of two separate sections: Staro-Lyubertsy and Novo-Lyubertsy. The first includes both the remains of the ancient cemetery, where the park zone is now listed, as well as the existing cemetery. As for the new, this is an active facility with later burials.
Staro-Lyubertsy cemetery
It is located in the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region, not far from the Kotelniki metro station. The area is 10.3 hectares. The possibilities for new burials are limited, only related sub-burials are allowed. This cemetery is a closed type cemetery.
The cemetery was founded back in 1797, and possibly even earlier. Later it was moved to a new place, and in place of the old one there is a noteworthy square with the remains of ancient gravestones and many recesses (dips) from graves dug once. They are a pretty eerie sight.
Staro-Lyubertsy cemetery - quite famous in the Moscow region. It is a burial place with an operating temple. Here you can rent the necessary equipment. There is everything that is required for the functioning of the cemetery. The facility is subordinate to the municipality of the city of Lyubertsy, belonging to the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region.

- In the warm season (1.05-30.09) every day - from 9:00 to 19:00.
- In the cold season (1.10-30.04) daily - from 9:00 to 17:00.
Burials are possible on any day of the week - from 9:00 to 17:00.
You can get to the place as follows:
- By metro - to the Kotelniki station, then by minibus No. 9 to the stop called Cemetery, and then another 300 m on foot.
- By car - from the Moscow Ring Road along the Novoryazanskoye Highway. After driving 3 and a half km, turn left onto Smirnovskaya Street. Then turn right onto Volkovskaya street, then left onto passage 4037. After 700 m, turn left into Initiative Street, while 300 meters will remain to the cemetery.
Novo-Lyubertsy cemetery
It is a large cemetery in the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow Region. The distance from it to Moscow is 25 km. There are free land for burial. This is a functioning cemetery. It is also located near the Kotelniki metro station. The area of this facility is 32.7 ha. At the cemetery, possible related burials, as well as generic paid burials, both in the coffin and in the urn, are possible.
The cemetery has memorial halls with a capacity of 20–90 people. At the entrance you can see shops with ritual accessories. There is also a workshop where monuments and other similar structures are made.
History of the New Cemetery
The cemetery opened in the second half of the twentieth century near the Novoryazanskoye highway. A memorial hall functions on its territory. This cemetery is equipped with everything that is required for its work. There is a special site for burial urns. You can rent equipment. The cemetery is subordinate to the municipality of Lyubertsy.

- In the warm season (1.05-30.09), the institution is open from 9:00 to 19:00 daily.
- In the cold season (1.10-30.04) - from 9:00 to 17:00 every day.
Burials can also be carried out on any day of the week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There are two ways to reach, like the old cemetery:
- Take the metro to the Kotelniki station, then take the bus under one of the following numbers: 416, 348, 478, 351. You need to get to the stop called Novolyuberetskoe Cemetery. Then you need to walk to the object 0.5 km on foot. Either from the Kuzminki metro station by buses 884, 538 or 348. Or from the Vykhino metro station by buses 478 or 416, in both cases get off at the same stop.
- By car: Drive along the Novoryazanskoye Shosse, then turn right and drive 7 km to the property.
