Model Matvey Lykov was born in early April 1987 in St. Petersburg in the family of famous actors Alexander Lykov and Alla Gospovenko. The father of the young man is known to the Russian audience for the role of Casanova in the “Streets of Broken Lights”, and his mother played on the stage of the capital’s theater for some time, but was mainly involved in housekeeping and raising children. Matvey is not the only child in the family; he has an older sister, whose name is Ekaterina.
Children and teenagers
Matvey graduated from a specialized school in St. Petersburg, where he studied foreign languages. By the last year of study, the young man had already mastered English and Spanish, and after receiving a diploma of secondary education, he entered the Herzen State Pedagogical University at the faculty of foreign languages. The famous Russian director Timur Bekmambetov decided to show it to her. He invited Lykov to star in the main role of the fantasy film "He is the Dragon" based on the novel "Ritual" written by Sergey and Marina Dyachenko.
Debut in the movie - and immediately the main role. Lykov presented the image of a man turning into a dragon named Arman. The character turned out to be ambiguous - at first it is a negative hero, with the development of the plot turning into romance. Lykov was able to reliably convey the entire palette of emotions and the inconsistency of Arman. The character of his hero develops in dynamics, which causes an ambiguous reaction in the viewer.

Even living in New York and being a very busy young man, he managed to twist fleeting novels with many girls, among whom were fashion models and actresses. After living in America for 3 years, he moved to France, acquired a chic mansion there and currently resides there permanently.
In the French capital, a young man met a girl named Jessica Sterenos, she has Spanish and even Peruvian roots.
