Russian actress Glafira Kozulina is known to viewers for her role as Alina in the TV series City of Brides, which premiered recently on Channel Russia. Unlike her heroine, Glafira never imagined herself as a worker in a weaving factory. She was always sure that she would become an actress. In the end, her dream came true.

Glafira was born on December 18, 1988 in Chelyabinsk. The girl's parents are both from the realm of art. Dad is an actor, and mom is a director, theater teacher, and Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Tatyana Vladimirovna Skorokosova - that’s exactly what the parent’s name is - and still teaches acting at the South Ural State Institute of Arts named after P.I. Tchaikovsky.

Glafira was born from the second wife of Tatyana Vladimirovna - actor Yuri Kozulin. Unfortunately, the marriage did not last long. Almost immediately after the birth of their daughter, they broke up. Difficult childhood

Glafira recalls how hard it was for them to survive with their mother in the dashing nineties. It was a very difficult period for the family, which was marked by complete lack of money. Sometimes there was not enough money even for food. Mom and daughter shared one sausage in half - it was the whole dinner.

To somehow improve the financial situation, Tatyana Vladimirovna simultaneously got a second job. If possible, she took Glafira to the theater with her, so almost from a very young age the future actress got used to the stage. Already at the age of seven, she knew Chekhov's “The Seagull” by heart, and at eight she made her debut on the stage of the theater as an arapone.

When Tatyana Vladimirovna had no opportunity to take the child with her to work, she left Glafira with a nanny. That was until the age of eleven. Then the girl was already quite independent and did not need care. She enjoyed spending all her free time in the theater with her mother.

Talented child

Tatyana Vladimirovna recalls that from a very young age, Glafira fell in love with theater and art with all her heart. No one forced her to take part in performances, to learn roles - the girl herself took the initiative. She even made up herself, without the help of adults. In general, Glafira has been a born actress since childhood. Unlike many of her peers, she was not shy about a large audience and enjoyed performing on stage.

Career path

Naturally, after leaving school there was no question of where to go: of course, to the theater. The girl received a diploma from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Theater Arts, at first she served in the theater, and since 2012 she began acting in films and TV shows.

The debut work was the series "Foundry-7", where the young actress embodied on the screen the image of journalist Margarita Nekrasova. Then there were minor roles in the TV series "Secrets of the Investigation", "Streets of Broken Lights", "Alien District", "State Defense".

But the real success came to Glafira after the release of the TV series "Such a job", where the actress appeared as an intern from Rostov-on-Don, junior police lieutenant Alexandra Boyko.
