It is because of traffic jams that many residents prefer the subway, which is the most important part of Novosibirsk. Many are sure: where is the metro, there is the center of the universe and the development of civilization.
Despite the stories of the townspeople about which region 154 is good, there are many problems that need to be addressed immediately. This is especially true for road and public services. Unfortunately, the leadership of these institutions is not trying to find solutions to the problem.
