How does Olga Slutsker train, whose biography is so rich that we are surprised when she has enough time to sleep? Olga’s strengthened training in the name of shaping a new body and spirit is being built on a professional level. Six times a week, she does an hour on cardio and one and a half on strength or functional training. Such a “killer” system, as the athlete herself admits, is very difficult, but Olga Slutsker's body structure and composition have changed. She has little adipose tissue, but a lot of muscle. This is facilitated not only by training, but also by a specific nutrition system.

Olga says that there is a special test for measuring metabolism. It clearly shows how the body functions at rest, what kind of load it needs to burn maximum calories. “With an increase in muscle mass, your weight will increase, ” says Olga Slutsker. - “The height, weight and other parameters of your body should not worry you, the trainer will tell you everything and explain what is optimal for you. There should be a systems approach in everything. ” However, the star did not disclose his parameters (height and weight) in the interview.

Walking along the path of improving her body, Olga Slutsker eats amino acids and vitamins before cardio training. She believes that this is how fat is consumed, and the muscles do not lose weight. After cardio, Olga takes amino acids again, and then has breakfast with oatmeal, egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese. And she always eats seasonal fruit. Around 13:00 she again has a workout that lasts an hour and a half. This is a power load (hour) and cardio. After her, Olga consumes amino acids and a protein shake on water. She also advises taking L-carnitine. After an hour and a half, she had lunch - chicken breast in coconut oil with rice, green tea. For seven days she eats a breast, seven days - a fish. The main thing is pure protein. Such a system was developed for herself by Olga Slutsker. The photographs presented in the material demonstrate its results: the woman looks rather thin, but her face is not haggard. How does she stand it? She, of course, is not a robot and periodically violates the regime, allowing herself some jam from time to time. “Russian people are very talented. Olga, as the president of the Fitness Aerobics Federation of Russia, has already implemented a training program for several hundred teachers, and there is a resource to increase their number. And she also dreams of a lot of affordable and upscale fitness clubs to train in them was safe and fun. She opens a sports complex in Monaco, and this is the first European club to be established by Olga Slutsker, Russian Fitness Group (RFG).
