Biography
Paul came to this world on January 5, 1975. A boy was born in the city of Evpatoria (Crimea). Since his father, Leonid, was a sailor of the Northern Fleet, Pavel and his parents lived in Chukotka from the age of seven months to the age of 7. Only in 1982, the family returned to their native Pavel Yevpatoria, where the future actor and TV presenter lived until 23 years old.
Biography of Pavel Kostitsyn as an actor began back in 1987, when the boy first tried himself in the role of a theater artist. Already at the age of 12, little Pasha played at the Golden Key children's theater in Yevpatoriya, but he did not take this profession seriously, dreamed of a career as a pilot or engineer.
In 1998, the guy moved to Kiev, where he graduated from the Theater Institute. Karpenko-Kary, having received a director’s diploma. From that moment, Kostitsyn’s ascension to the television Olympus began.
Creative way
Career Pavel Kostitsyna started from work on the radio station "Our Radio" in 1997. After working there for four years as head of the information department and program director, in 2001 Pavel left broadcasting for the sake of television, he became artistic director on the Inter TV channel.
They began to recognize the young actor after he, along with Ekaterina Vinogradova, hosted the show Love at First Sight, as well as Crossroads of Love, on the same television channel.
In 2005, Kostitsyn changed the transfer of love topics to the sports television show "Patriots Games", in which representatives of different countries for two years tried to achieve primacy for their teams.
In 2007, a new format reality show appeared on Ukrainian television - “The Battle of Psychics”. The leading show on the STB channel, in which none other than magicians and clairvoyants are measured, Pavel Leonidovich Kostitsyn became. For 11 years, the show has not only lost its popularity, but is still gaining momentum - reality fans are already watching its 19th season.
In addition to the host of television shows, Paul showed himself as a director. He staged a play based on the works of O. Henry. The project saw the light from the stage of the Golden Key Theater in Yevpatoriya back in 1995, when the young director was still a student. The performance was awarded the S.E. Duvan Prize.
Kostitsyn also took place as an actor, starring in the films “Between the First and Second” (2005) and “Van Gogh Is Not Guilty” (2007).
