An American named Nate Hollander filed a lawsuit against singer Madonna because of a delay in the start of the performance. The man bought tickets for the concert in advance, which is due to take place on December 17 at 20.30. However, the star soon changed the start time of the event to 22.30. Hollander believes that such a late start for the show, taking place on Tuesday, in the middle of the week, is not permissible.

“The Queen is never late”

Many fans are angry with Madonna because she is regularly late for concerts and starts performing later than indicated on the tickets. Delays are measured in hours. So, the opening of the show as part of the Madame X tour began 2.5 hours later. Fans across the country were outraged by this and signed a class action lawsuit. The very same singer recently announced in Las Vegas from the stage that "the queen is never late."

Nate Hollander, who filed a lawsuit against Madonna, spent $ 1024.95 buying three tickets for Madame X in Miami Beach. Months later, Live Nation postponed the start time of the event by two hours, which is too late for Hollander. In addition, there is a curfew in the district: after 23:00, teenagers under 18 can’t appear in public unaccompanied by adults, and therefore many young fans of Madonna who planned to attend the show without parents will now not be able to get on it at all. According to the plaintiff, he wanted a refund for tickets from Live Nation, but the company did not respond.
