they jumped into the "Rezinochka", constantly chasing the boys so that they would not stealthily cut the inventory. Alas, this game began to be forgotten. Many girls do not know not only how to jump in the "Rubber Band", but that such entertainment exists in general. But it is not only very funny, but also useful in terms of physical development.

To jump around, you need the most ordinary gum four meters long. Its edges are tightly bound to make a large loop. Most often, three or four people participate in this game: two hold an elastic band, and one or two jump. But if you wish, you can ride alone, pulling it between the trees or two chairs. And now let's remember how to jump into the "Rubber Band". There are ten exercises in total in this game, but their implementation becomes more complicated as soon as the height changes. The easiest level is the first when the elastic is stretched over the ankles. And now the exercises themselves.

"Ones" - standing sideways to the elastic, jump up, while quickly putting one foot in the middle of the "path", and then bounce back.

“Two” - with one foot we jump into the middle, then we make a leap to the side so that the second leg is in the center, and the first is outside.

“Three points” are done in the same way as the previous exercise, with the only difference being that after you “jumped” to the center with one foot, you need to put the other one in the same place and then jump out in the same way as you jumped. Previously, such games with rubber at school and in the courtyards were very popular.

"Fours" - to jump on an elastic band so that one leg stood on one "half", and the second - on another. After that, you need to bounce and change legs. Now we jump so as to turn in the other direction and just get your feet on the elastic bands. Again, in the jump, change the position of the legs and jump.

"Pyaterochka" - the left leg under the first elastic, the right - on it. We make the jump so that the second half of the gum is under the right foot, and the left is stepping on top. It should be a kind of bow, from which now with one jump you need to jump out.

We jump into the "Elastic Band" further, and the next exercise is called "Sixers." It is done this way: having hooked the first half, with both legs we jump over the second so that an “envelope” is formed. From this position you need to jump out, but at the same time get with both feet on both elastic bands.

“Sevens” - we make the same “envelope” as in the previous exercise, but we jump out of it in such a way that the legs are on both sides of the entire elastic band. Now, in a jump, you need to grab it with your legs crossed and bounce off.

Surely you’re starting to remember how to jump into Rezinochka, right? And now “Eights” - make an “envelope”, then stand on it with both feet to make a rhombus. Jump and try with both feet to get into the center of the straightened gum.

"Nines" - the right leg is on the outside, the left - between the elastic bands. In the jump, you need to make a 180-degree turn, and move the right leg with the half engaged for it to the second half of the elastic. Jump out of the resulting loops, stepping on both gum.

"Tens" - ten times without stopping you need to jump into the center between the elastic bands, popping up right and left.

Of course, there are plenty of exercises and ways to jump into the Rubber Band. And they are all made at different heights. As soon as the “Tens” are successfully completed, the gum rises higher, due to which the exercise is automatically complicated.
