The ease of use and carrying of small arms is affected not only by the quality and parameters, but also by the use of additional accessories. Such related equipment includes the “DOLG-M3” belt. It was developed by a domestic specialist V. Kharlampov, one of the founders of Tactical Solutions.
Description
The tactical belt "DOLG-M3" combines the main advantages of analogs with one-, two- and three-point mount. At the same time, the designers tried to remove all the previously existing flaws. Before going into mass production, the products underwent various tests, following which the next improvements were carried out. The equipment in question was successfully tested in special units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and the Ministry of Defense. After that, the developers carried out another modernization taking into account the comments and wishes of the special forces soldiers. Among civilians, this accessory is no less popular.
DOLG-M3 belts are perfect for hunters, people who are fond of airsoft and have their own arsenal. These products provide owners with complete freedom of movement, comfortable conditions for carrying weapons, as well as the speed of operations with them, which is not typical for standard weapons analogues. Accessories of this series have an original principle of operation, they differ only in the structural nuances of the base.

The DOLG-M3 belt is an improved modification of the M2 series, oriented to use with semi-automatic rifles, assault rifles, submachine guns. The design feature of the product makes it possible to transform it into a biathlon counterpart, allowing you to carry weapons behind your back like a biathlon gun. Thanks to the equipment with a suspender belt, this equipment can play the role of a two-point variant with an adjustable length and an option for quick adjustment.
The DOLG-M3 belt is completed with a special broad shoulder strap from soft material. The detailed design allows the use of equipment with almost any kind of small arms, including pump-action, smooth-bore, sniper rifles and grenade launchers. In the standard version, the army accessory under consideration can be installed on models equipped with a front swivel (a part adapted for fixing and moving the strap or pistol safety cord). Typically, this element is a bracket or ring with a hinge located on the butt and forearm. In the case of pistols and revolvers, the part is mounted at the bottom of the handle.
Belt "DOLG-M3": installation instructions
On the weapon equipment in question, several types of mounts are used to fix it on the receiver or butt, depending on the type of gun. Among them:
- universal grips from slings (they can be mounted on almost any type of stocks);
- standard rear swivel placed vertically on the receiver (at the point of connection with the butt), its width is 30 or more millimeters as AKMS;
- lateral standard swivel mounted sideways on the profile of the gun at the junction of the box and the butt;
- special inserts (on a power carbine or AR-15 rifle).
The gun belt "DOLG-M3" is available in two versions. In the standard layout, it is equipped with a carabiner with a pulling tape, which is sewn to a special sound-absorbing pad. It is in addition equipped with the "Riga" clamp which is used if necessary instead of a girth. Another equipment option does not involve a sewn-in carbine, but the possibility of tying it with a double-slot buckle.
Features
As standard, the installation of the “DOLG-M3” belt is possible on most types of domestic weapons, since fixing the accessory involves the use of a carbine identical to that supplied in the standard kit. At the same time, the gasket makes it possible to reduce the degree of noise when connecting the working parts of equipment and weapons. In addition, provides better safety forearm.
The universal layout is relevant if you need to install a belt on foreign-made weapons. In this case, the modifications of the mounts are diverse, they require the use of carbines and swivels of various configurations. Despite the fact that the universal model is not equipped with a low-noise gasket, it allows the user to install any kind of carbine, a uniform girth or swivel of the appropriate width on the pulling tape. In addition, the tape can be mounted directly on the front fixing element, if it is provided and has the required width parameter (at least 25 mm).

The Tactical Weapon Belt “DOLG-M3” has been in serial production since 2013, and is respected by both fighters of special units and hunters. The accessory is produced in Russia, made of high-quality sling material, equipped with reliable and practical fittings. The standard equipment is presented in black. Green and white versions are also available. The kit includes a special expansion strap.
Additionally, a pair of carbines can be included in the layout of the product in question. The "Riga" quick-release option is easily mounted on and off the swivel, withstands a force of at least 75 kilograms per gap. The Soviet counterpart is a standard carbine from the AK belt, withstands breaking up to 160 kg. At the same time, it is more difficult to install and remove from the swivel.
Benefits
The structural feature of the “DOLG-M3” belt enables the user not only to shoot effectively from a weapon, but also conveniently carry it on himself. Moreover, other equipment and a backpack are not an obstacle if the considered element of equipment is located under them. When moving, you just need to pull the rifle or machine gun closer to the chest, which will free your hands. During rest and at halts, it is enough to unhook the carbines from the swivel and remove the weapon from itself.
