In order to understand a person, it means his essence and life motives, you need to turn to the origins and roots, more precisely, remember childhood. The family of Ruslan Bayramov was unusual, it can be considered a mixed family, because the businessman’s mother was Russian and his father was Azerbaijani. Thus, it turned out that from birth, the boy was brought up on the border of two cultures: Russian and Turkic.

He was born in the summer of 1969 in the Azerbaijani village of Novo-Ivanovka, Kedabek district. This event took place on August 7th. All his childhood he spent in the expanses of the mountains, breathing clean air. Both parents were philologists by education and taught Russian language and literature. By the way, the only four in the diploma in literature was put to Bayramov by his mother. As the hero himself notes in one of his interviews, the mother was a very principled person, and among her students there was not one who would have five in the subject. She believed that only the author knows her works for the highest mark, she herself deserves fours, and her students only a satisfactory mark. However, she always went towards hardworking students and encouraged their desire for knowledge with a good grade. Later, she regretted that she had not set one of her best students, her son, excellent.

Bayramov Ruslan Fatalievich, whose family, like many others in Azerbaijan, ran a household, was forced to help his parents from early childhood. From 6 years old he grazed lambs and geese, helped to collect potatoes in the fall. He says that such an education helped him become hardworking, and that now helps him a lot in his work. Bairamov’s grandmother on the mother’s side was a very devout person, she taught him the prayer “Our Father”, and his father told how they praise and honor God in the culture of Islam. Mother’s dreams were not destined to come true, but for the better

Ruslan Bayramov’s mother always dreamed that her son would become a doctor, and he entered the medical institute twice, but both times unsuccessfully. Failures were due to the huge competition for one vacant seat, and not because of poor passing entrance exams. After these failures, the creator of Ethnomir did not give up, but received two higher educations:

  1. The theory of state and law at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) - 1992.

  2. Strategic Management at the Academy of National Economy of International Business under the Government of the Russian Federation - 2001.

About how the idea of creating a city that reflects the culture of each country

According to Ruslan Bayramov, whose biography is permeated by the traditions of two cultures, there are several significant events that served as impetus for the creation of the Ethnomir cultural and educational center:

  1. At the age of 5, a political map of the world appeared in the house, which made the boy very interested. It was bought by Bayramov’s father and hung on the wall. By the age of 11, the future businessman knew the capitals of all states. Since then, his love of geography began.

  2. At 18, he read books on yoga and religion, after which he continues to study the philosophy of the peoples of the world for more than 25 years. And he does it with great interest, completely surrendering to the process.

It was these two arguments that were the founders of the idea of combining culture, geography, spirituality, mentality and religion into one thing.

Center for the unification of world cultures, which has no equal in the world

The ethnographic park museum, spread over 140 hectares, was founded in September 2014. It was on the 12th of this autumn month that the laying of the first stone of the future huge city took place. Ruslan Fatalievich Bayramov notes that he wanted to initially have his brainchild in the vast expanses of Moscow, but, unfortunately, and, perhaps, fortunately, the road led him to Kaluga. There are no analogues in the world, but there is something similar to a cultural and educational center. Here are some examples that the businessman himself cites:

  1. "Europe Park" in Germany.

  2. Swedish and Japanese Skansen.

  3. Walt Disney Epcot Park in the United States.

It is worth noting that these centers have a more entertaining focus, where in addition to a variety of attractions you can see museum exhibits of a particular culture or country. Visitors are received there at certain hours, and Ethnomir does not close its doors even at night and carries with it an educational function as well. It offers a huge selection of sightseeing tours with a complete immersion in the life, traditions and culture of the chosen state or country. Over the three years of its existence, the center, located in the Kaluga region, has expanded and grown significantly. So, after two years of working in park mode, he turned first into a camp, and then into a tourist hotel town, where you can stay for one day or several. In general, according to Ruslan Bayramov himself, he planned to create a center focused on the education of children, in order to familiarize and acquaint them with the culture and traditions of the world's peoples, of which there are a great many. In "Ethnomir" buildings were rebuilt, which were once part of the life of the Slavs, Ukrainians, Japanese, Turks, Azerbaijanis, Indians and others. They completely recreated the interior and took into account all the small details of the situation and life in order to accurately convey the atmosphere of the displayed time.

Plans

Now in the cultural and educational center "Ethnomir" employs about 400 people, of which more than 150 are constantly living in the center. In the near future, the staff will only increase, because by 2020 Ruslan Bayramov planned to complete the center and ensure that more than 3 million people visit it annually. Well, the end of this idea should be the construction of such educational cities in 10 countries. But the more countries will be involved, the better, the businessman himself notes.

Personal life and the answer to the main question: does Ruslan Bayramov have a wife

Like most public people, a businessman protects his personal life from interference from the press. Being an open person, he can spend hours talking about his plans, addictions and other things, but he does not say anything about his personal life. It remains unknown even if the businessman has children and a wife. Bayramov Ruslan Fatalievich gladly answers questions regarding his parents and brother. By the way, in one of the interviews he told that he had become very independent in material terms very early. From the age of 22, he, together with his brother, helped financially his parents, who, unfortunately, passed away before they could catch the success of their son. Both died at the age of 63.
