The Redford family, raising twenty-one children, is officially considered the largest family in Britain. And they need a big house that can accommodate them all.

43-year-old supermother Sue talks about the huge house they occupy in Morecambe, Lancashire.

Sue and Noel, 47, live in a ten-bedroom former nursing home they bought for two hundred and forty thousand pounds in 2004.

Two older children, 30-year-old Chris and 25-year-old Sophie already live separately.

Chloe is twenty-three years old, Jack (twenty-one years old), Daniel is nineteen years old, Luke is eighteen years old, Millie is seventeen years old, Katie is fifteen years old, James is fourteen years old, Ally is thirteen years old and twelve-year-old Amy lives in the house. But that is not all.

The youngest are eleven-year-old Josh, nine-year-old Max, Tilly is eight years old, Oscar is seven, Casper is six, Halle is three. There is another two-year-old Phoebe, 18-month-old Archie and 4-month-old Bonnie.

A constantly growing family makes full use of living space. Each bedroom has several children. Despite the fact that the house is crowded, Sue's mother maintains an impeccable order in it.

Ground floor

When visitors enter the house, they are met by a huge pantry, which stores all the children's outerwear. The hallway is crammed with things from the whole family, and Sue admits that "things, things are everywhere."
