Biography of Belogurova Larisa Vladimirovna
Larisa was born on October 4, 1960 in one of the simple Volgograd families. She studied well at school, devoted all her free time to sports. However, the craving for the stage exceeded this hobby - after school, Larisa Belogurova decided to leave for St. Petersburg.
At the age of 19, she graduated from the choreographic studio at the Leningrad Music Hall, where, as a professional dancer, she worked for several years. However, for a confident and purposeful girl this was not enough. After another 6 years, Belogurova graduated from GITIS, and after 8 years, in 1993, the director’s course of A. Vasiliev at the School of Dramatic Art.
Success in the cinema
Millions of viewers Belogurova remembered for two roles. The first was a musical picture, “The Island of the Dead Ships, ” in which the girl had the opportunity to show her dance technique and demonstrate amazing plasticity. The inimitable K. Raikin became the partner in the picture.
The second picture, in which Larisa Belogurova was able to show her talent, was the famous detective V. Sergeyev called “Genius”. There she played the role of Nastya Smirnova, the beloved girl of the protagonist - the charming swindler Sergei, who was played with special brilliance by A. Abdulov.
The last role in the movie was V. Titov’s melodrama entitled “Oriental novel”. The picture was published in 1992. Since then, Larisa Belogurova did not appear on the screens. At this, the offers interesting for the actress stopped coming. She began to be offered episodic roles in television series or crime films, but she did not agree to such roles.
Left without work, Belogurova decided to change her profession. The artist went to work in a regular company that was engaged in the sale of kitchen furniture and everything related to this. Such work helped the famous actress survive in difficult times.
The woman reconsidered her views on life and decided to abandon the career of an actress. She began to go to church and lead a more closed lifestyle, putting spiritual development above worldly pleasures. 14 years after the last picture was released with her participation, an audiobook “Notes of Igumeniya Taisiya” was published, the text of which was read by Belogurova.
Artist's disease
In the early 2000s, Larisa began to rapidly gain weight. Fans who continued to follow the life of the artist decided that she finally became pregnant. However, after going to the clinic, the actress discovered cancer. The diagnosis made by the doctors, of course, was like a bolt from the blue and caught Larisa by surprise. Then, in 2002, the actress, with the support of her husband, defeated a terrible ailment, but categorically refused to undergo examinations and follow up with doctors.
Larisa accepted the disease as a sign from above and decided to go further to religion. She began to visit temples more often, to pray more and ceased to communicate with friends-actors.
However, after a short period of time the disease returned again. The disease began to progress with renewed vigor and did not recede. Despite all the efforts of medical workers, the actress passed away. She died in the arms of her husband, who until the last days was next to Larisa Belogurova. The cause of the artist's death was cancer. The disease has haunted a woman for 15 years.
