Age is relentless. Yesterday, Russian beauties conquered their fans from the screens, and today we see the saggy, deformed faces of aged celebrities. There is an opinion that any European woman enters adulthood more effectively, remaining well-groomed and fit. But our compatriots can’t even grow old normally. Let's get it right.

Factors and types of aging

From the age of 30, withering processes begin to occur in our body. And how the skin will respond to it depends on many circumstances. Aging factors are what we are born with, inheriting from our parents, and with which we live our whole lives. They depend on the following circumstances:

  • biological reasons;
  • ecology;
  • mechanical changes.

The first group of reasons is heredity, general health, hormonal levels.

The skin comes into direct contact with the external environment, so temperature changes, UV radiation, gas contamination, strong winds, air humidity, etc. cannot but reflect on it.

The third group of reasons includes facial expressions, which is associated with the activity of a person, his character. The movement of the muscles of the face leads to the formation of creases and wrinkles.

Depending on the impact of a number of factors, several types of aging are distinguished:

What is typical for Europeans

The easiest way for aesthetic medicine to work with the type of aging that is characteristic of European women. Small contouring, cream care and light peeling are enough to make any woman from Italy and France well-groomed. This is due to their habitat, lifestyle and diet.

European women have dry and thin skin, and almost no fatty tissue. Their type of aging is small wrinkled. Excessive contraction of the muscles of the face leads the Europeans to a rather early appearance of fine wrinkles, but with age, the architecture of the face is in perfect order - wrinkles do not form, nothing floats. The most unpleasant thing that can be expected is pigment spots.
