The actor was born in the city of Moscow on March 20, 1983. Father George was a doctor, was fond of martial arts, read a lot. It was he who instilled in his son a passion for sports.
Having become a swimming CCM and actively engaged in martial arts, George dreamed of being like the heroes of the Hollywood blockbusters that he was fond of. The walls in his room were hung with posters with famous foreign actors of the militants: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan and his most beloved - Sylvester Stallone.
After graduating from school, George went to Los Angeles to tighten English. There he studied acting for 2 years at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute, on a Benny Urkides course.
His mentor is a guru in the martial arts world and a legend in the Hollywood action industry. Benny is a well-known director of battle scenes. In the 80-90s, he was a partner in Jackie Chan in the production of fights in films.

The first serious role of George Gromov in the movie, which the actor remembered for her depth, was the role in the short film “Replay” (2010).
Before that, there was a small role of a physical education teacher in the TV series “Daddy's Daughters”, small roles in the films “The Way” and “The Chemist”.
