Alexandra Ulyanova was born in March 1986 in the city of Yekaterinburg. A girl from an early age was interested in fashion and beautiful clothes. As a child, Sasha attended art school and sat for a long time over a sheet of paper, creating her first sketches and models. It was from Bali that Alexander Ulyanov brought a passion for leather goods. And some of her models are made of extremely exotic materials. In the work, the designer uses the skin of a crocodile, python and ostrich, combining it with fabrics and creating the most diverse products from them: clothes, bags, accessories.
In one of Alexandra’s shows, models made of traditional Balinese fabric ikat were presented. This is a very expensive material, as it is hand-made using sophisticated techniques.
