In December 2014, a court of the Gagarinsky district was held, on which all the details of the tragic incident were restored. Hurwitz pleaded guilty only partially. He confirmed the infliction of at least three blows with a bat on the head of his comrade, after which he died. According to him, the quarrel occurred on the basis of harassment from Rybakin.
