The beginning of a television career

Andrei Rybakin (photo of the TV presenter is presented in the article) moved to Moscow. He rents housing and works on the channel, which later disowns him. Because the dashing guy is driving around Moscow in a car, not adhering to any traffic rules. He either drives onto the sidewalk, then crashes into trees, then, without a twinge of conscience, crosses a double solid line. This ride has a lot of fans, but most of the online community has not encouraged such ravings.

The commercial channel 2 × 2 nonetheless invites the young presenter to run the Rybakin Cars program. It was she who made the guy really famous. The project is based on the ideas of two popular programs: “Cars for pumping” and TopGear. In the first, dream cars were created from nothing, and in the second, various car brands were tested, but this was done professionally. The novice presenter acquires used cars, which he subjects to unthinkable tests, turning them into scrap metal. This caused not only lively interest, but also a flurry of unfriendly responses, which led to the closure of the program.

"360 °": a new stage

For some time Rybakin's ideas remained unclaimed, but he continued to upload videos from the registrar of his car on YouTube. Subscribers watched as an Internet star scorched while driving into the oncoming lane or sidewalk, being rude to traffic police officers and endangering the lives of passers-by, including children. One of these videos was posted on the Yaplakal resource, attracting the attention of the media and law enforcement officials. After a heated discussion of the personnel seen and the investigation, Rybakin was even taken away his rights, after which nothing was heard about him for some time.

But soon the TV presenter creates another account, where he presents a new project called "Rybakin DVR". In an appeal to the audience, he makes excuses for the previous video footage, denying them and stating that they were filmed by special services who organized the persecution.

In 2014, a driving driver and a talented TV presenter were invited to 360 °. On his web page, Andrei Rybakin invites subscribers to turn on their TVs every day at 18:40, promising an interesting sight. It was already a more professional and interesting program, which caused a response from the audience.

TV presenter's death

Since July 12, 2014, colleagues lost all contact with Rybakin, who stopped appearing at work. It is known that he rented a house on M. Ulyanova Street (Universitet metro station), where three days later his corpse with a head injury was discovered. Signs of violence were evident, so law enforcement authorities immediately opened a criminal case. A video was recorded on the surveillance camera, from which it is seen how on July 12 the presenter entered the porch in the company of a young man. After a while, he came out alone with two laptops. During the investigation, a version was put forward: Andrei Rybakin was killed by this very young man, since death occurred at the appropriate hours.

Finding a stranger was not difficult. It turned out to be a friend of the host, with whom he had been familiar for two years. 19-year-old Anton Hurwitz worked as a car mechanic. Recently, a 24-year-old TV man was experiencing depression, which he drowned out with alcohol. Presumably, the friends met to pass the evening while drinking alcohol. What are the details of what happened?

Andrey Rybakin: cause of death

In December 2014, a court of the Gagarinsky district was held, on which all the details of the tragic incident were restored. Hurwitz pleaded guilty only partially. He confirmed the infliction of at least three blows with a bat on the head of his comrade, after which he died. According to him, the quarrel occurred on the basis of harassment from Rybakin. He described his actions as defensive. He was in a state of shock, so he did not surrender to law enforcement agencies, but instead he took with him two laptops from the apartment of the deceased.

The court did not find confirmation of the words of Hurwitz, who subsequently did not show any excitement or concern about what had happened and continued to lead a familiar lifestyle. In addition, Rybakin met with a girl whose photo can be found on social networks. He never showed aggression to anyone. The number of attacks from Hurwitz did not indicate protection, but a desire to take the life of a former comrade. That is why the higher court upheld the verdict - the killer of the presenter will spend 10 years in prison.
