Alexander Galushka was born on December 1, 1975 in the small town of Klin, near Moscow. After graduating from high school, he entered the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State Social University (the former Moscow Higher Party School).

In 1997, he graduated with honors from the University with a degree in Economics and Labor Sociology. He began his career as a student at the famous Institute of Management Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he got the job of a systems analyst.

After graduation, he took up private business in the field of consulting services and evaluation. In 1998 he became the founder and head of the Center for Management of Evaluation and Consulting. In 2001, he received a certificate of a professional appraiser after completing courses at MIPK REA named after Plekhanov.

Galushka Alexander Sergeevich continued to do business in the field of valuation and examination of real estate. In 2004, he was appointed president of the non-profit partnership Russian Collegium of Appraisers. He created several consulting companies, which he later combined under the umbrella of the Key Partner brand, becoming the company's manager. He was a member of a professional association - the National Valuation Council. For his personal contribution to the development of entrepreneurship in the field of valuation, he received the gratitude of the Russian government.

Since 2010, he has been participating in the work of the business organization Business Russia, where he began as vice president, and two years later became co-chair. For about a year (from 2011 to 2012) he dealt with issues of socio-economic development of the eastern regions of the country as part of the state commission. In 2013, he entered the leadership of the All-Russian Popular Front.

Successful work on the development of several economic programs to increase employment, demographic development, and entrepreneurial initiative allowed him to begin the career of a high-ranking official. In September 2013, he was appointed Minister of Development of the Far East. He became the first member of the government appointed from the post of an organization representing the interests of entrepreneurs. In May 2018, Minister Alexander Galushka was dismissed.

During his leadership years, the Ministry launched many joint projects with neighboring Asian states. The main vectors of cooperation: processing of various natural resources, transport, energy, transport logistics. The construction of additional border crossings, railways and highways was continued with China.
