Some companies are now equipping offices with maximum convenience for employees. There must be restrooms, game rooms. The idea is to switch, change the situation, let it go for a few minutes, then to continue to work as efficiently as possible. Make it so that you want to come and do not want to leave! Why not thanks for the work? Eight, sometimes ten hours of the working day will not be so effective if employees cannot turn their attention, change the atmosphere to a more pleasant, less formal one. This is also called entertainment motivation.
