Chizhov Sergey was born in 1964 in the capital of the Soviet Union. His father was a military man, so at some point the family moved to Voronezh. Thanks to the activities of the organization, Voronezh residents received more than one and a half thousand new jobs; the city revived, its development accelerated.
In 2003, Megapolis was renamed the Chizhov Gallery, and five years later, the businessman began to build the Chizhov Gallery Center. This trade and business complex gave residents of the city and the region another 4 thousand jobs.
In regional authorities
Sergey Chizhov, whose biography began so ordinary, successfully combined his entrepreneurial activity with political. True, so far only at the local level.
From 1997 to 2001 he was a deputy of the Voronezh Municipal Council, dealing with environmental issues, urban planning, land relations and heading the relevant commissions.

Deputy Sergei Chizhov remained in his place in 2007 and in 2011. Over the course of three convocations, he dealt mainly with electoral legislation, the budget sphere, taxes and other areas related to finance.
He initiated amendments to the Customs and Tax Codes, as well as to the regulatory documents governing the use of cash registers, etc.
Since 2002 Sergey Chizhov has been a member of the United Russia party, from which he went to the State Duma. From 2003 to the present day he is a deputy of the corresponding faction.
Social activity
For all the time that he is engaged in business and politics, Sergey Chizhov, his photos have repeatedly been published in magazines and newspapers under the heading “Person of the Year in Voronezh”.
