The nearest metro station to the complex of the existing ones is Airport, to which 1050 meters directly. A little further, namely in 1700 meters, there are metro stations Polezhaevskaya and Dynamo. You can get to the Liner residential complex by bus No. 48, minibuses No. 18m, 244m or by free buses running from metro stations to the shopping and entertainment complex. In 2018, it is planned to commission (currently under active construction) the new Khodynskoye Pole metro station, which will be just 300 meters from the LCD. Each building is erected in the form of a non-equilateral quadrangle with housing along the perimeter and a recreation area, including small public gardens, children's and sports grounds inside. This type of project is popularly called the "well". It is good because the territory in the middle is completely safe for children, protected from the noise of city highways, but there is a little sunlight in the apartments, whose windows face the courtyard, especially on the lower floors. The apartment complex plans to create an underground parking, connected to the residential floors by elevator. He will be able to accommodate 482 cars. The height of both buildings will be different: from one edge of 13 floors, from the other 15. It is planned to build 2415 units in one-bedroom apartments in the residential complex, including studios, two-room ones - 1113 and three-room ones - 174 units. The first floors will be occupied by offices, cafes and other infrastructure.

Some of the apartments are planned to be completed with a full finish, including the layout of all necessary communications, laying of tiles, laminate flooring, installation of sockets, installation of all doors, a shower in the bathroom, work surfaces, a bar and furniture in the kitchen. But a much larger part will be put up for sale without a fine finish. Needless to say, they will cost less.

Ecology

The “Liner” house on Khodynka has two assessments regarding ecology. On the one hand, wonderful parks and green spaces are located nearby, and on the other, literally one and a half kilometers away, namely at the Third Khoroshevskaya Street, there is a CHPP-16, which produces emissions into the atmosphere with enviable regularity. As you know, any TPP is considered an object of hazard class II. In addition, just five hundred meters from the eastern building of Liner, industrial zone No. 7 begins, and 1300 meters to the south - industrial zone No. 5. True, in the future it is planned to create a large-scale park here, and make Khodynsky Boulevard a pedestrian one.
