Based on scarce information (for obvious reasons) from official sources, it can be assumed that the landfill is located in the taiga area of the Chita region, but bears the name of the village of the same name, located in relative proximity. This polygon deserves a separate narrative for a reason. It is a huge arena, specially equipped for large-scale military exercises, accommodating tens of thousands of manpower, not counting equipment, weapons, systems, installations and other integral components.
At the Telembo training ground, various large-scale exercises are being held almost monthly now. There are cases when and several times a month. As for the firing of individual units, then this is the usual schedule.

Large-scale exercises at the Telembo training ground (2017) have already been completed in a multitude. Two of them are worth mentioning in more detail.
March. Large-scale air defense exercises of the Eastern District. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the maximum possible number of different types of air defense systems was involved:
