Biography
Joshua was born in 1975 in Houston (Texas), in the family of writer John and university professor Robert Leonard. He attended state college, which is located in Pennsylvania, and when he completed his studies, he went to Mexico. There he taught in elementary school and was a volunteer at the anthropological institute. Before moving to New York, he lived for some time in London and Seattle, where the guy had an interest in photography.
In 2015, he proposed to Canadian actress Alison Pill right under the Joshua Tree (short-leaved yucca) in a National Park located in southeastern California. Three months later they got married, and a year later they had a daughter - Wilder Grace.

But the first for him was a detective horror film by Daniel Mayrick and Eduardo Sanchez “Blair Witch: Coursework from the Other World”, filmed in 1999, where he appeared as one of the main characters.
