Discussions have repeatedly been held on what role political parties should play in shaping civil society. To increase competition in this area, amendments to the regulatory act were adopted, which simplified the process of registering factions who ultimately wished to take part in legislative activity. All this led to the fact that in our country the number of the above associations, the so-called newcomers to politics, sharply increased. The Communist Party of Social Justice was also awarded this status, the abbreviation of which suggests that its creators aimed to become a serious alternative to the “left” association, which has been led by the “Kremlin opposition” Gennady Zyuganov for many years. However, it would be impractical to compare these two structures, since they have different weight categories. Nevertheless, the Communist Party of Social Justice de jure has a right to exist, and its leadership made remarkable efforts to win elections in different regions of the country.

History
The Communist Party of Social Justice was established at a special congress on April 8, 2012. On May 28, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation officially registered it. But who acted as the initiator of its creation? It was Andrei Bogdanov, who at that time headed the Democratic Party of Russia (DPR) and, at the same time, the Center for Political Technologies. But the author of the program for the created association was the head of the Union of Citizens party, Vyacheslav Smirnov. It was necessary to choose a person who will carry out the current management of the entire structure. Who will get the responsible post - First Secretary of the Central Committee? It was decided to entrust him to Yuri Morozov (a native of the Saratov region). The Communist Party of Social Justice has become his main job.
But what ideas and views were preached by the ideologists of the above association? Let us analyze this question in more detail.
Political goals
Andrei Bogdanov and his associates want to transform Russia into a country where citizens would be equal in rights. There should not be a social imbalance in it: the state will take full care of its citizens, adequately paying for labor and providing materially vulnerable groups of the population: pensioners, the disabled and other poor. The “Communist Party of Social Justice", whose program, in fact, largely echoed the ideas and plans of the "left" association headed by Zyuganov, puts the interests of the individual in the first place. The people are the only source of power, and the bureaucracy must express only their will, and not put their selfish interests in the first place.
Social justice
Civil society, according to the leadership of the CPSU, should live according to the laws of social justice.
The state is obliged to invest the maximum possible in human potential, since the individual is the main value and wealth of Russia. This is the only way to establish economic growth rates and increase the level of well-being in society.
Education for free
And, of course, the aforementioned Russian political party stands guard over the interests of an ordinary citizen. Everyone should have access to free education at the school, college or university. Moreover, having received a profession, a person will be required to work on his profile for 5 years, and only then he has the right to change his occupation.
Medical care at no cost
In addition to free education, the state must guarantee its citizens free treatment. At the same time, regardless of financial situation, everyone has the right to use modern technologies that are currently available in domestic medicine.
In addition, the low-income categories of citizens should be given back the privileges for the purchase of medicines and rehabilitation funds.
Social housing at no cost
Every cell of society in Russia, especially a newly-minted family, should be provided with social housing, and absolutely free of charge.
Destruction of bribery and corruption
In the system of building a civil society, where there is no social inequality, there should be no bribery and corruption. If an official is convicted of committing the aforementioned act, then a severe punishment should be waiting for him, and the higher the rank of civil servant, the stronger the responsibility. Moreover, all property of the guilty and his relatives is subject to compulsory seizure.

The principle of internationalism and good-neighborly relations throughout the country is far from the last in the CPSU program.
The nationalities, communities and ethnic groups inhabiting Russia should not enter into conflicts among themselves.
Cooperation outside the Russian Federation and sovereignty
In foreign policy, our country, according to the ideologists of the CPSU, must strictly observe national interests, therefore, relations with other countries on this basis cannot be avoided. At the same time, Andrei Bogdanov and his associates are not opposed to the creation of an international structure, the so-called World Commonwealth of Socialist States, which will subsequently transform into a world-wide communist society, where external borders will be absent. This is the only way to resist the innate countries of the capitalist way of life.
Participation in the elections
As early as the fall of 2012, the Communist Party of Social Justice political party entered the electoral struggle, but the first pancake turned out to be lumpy, and its representatives failed to get a single mandate.
At the same time, the representative of the CPSU (Dmitry Kochergin) received support of 289 votes following the election results of the mayor of Kaliningrad.
In early autumn 2013, the structure of the left, led by Yuri Morozov, took part in the regional elections in the Volgograd region. As a result, party members managed to overcome the 5 percent barrier and get one seat in the local city council.
Personnel shifts
In 2014, the Central Committee of the party was headed by the founder of the CPSU. So, Yuri Morozov lost his responsible post. But Brezhnev Andrey Yuryevich (grandson of Leonid Ilyich) took the post of first secretary. He will subsequently head the party lists in the regional elections in the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Crimea, the KCR, the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol. Currently, Brezhnev Andrei Yurievich lives in the Crimea and has long since left the ranks of the Communist Party to join the new left. It should be noted that the latter did not confirm the rumors that the grandson of the Soviet secretary general would compete with the grandson of another communist ideologist Gennady Andreyevich Zyuganov, whose name is Leonid. He was the one who ran for the Moscow City Duma in the Sokol constituency.
In December 2015, the structure of Oleg Sidorov (Civil Power) and the association of Andrei Bogdanov (CPSU) were consolidated into the Communist Party of Social Justice. But a few days later Oleg Sidorov was removed from office.
Left-wing ideologist Andrei Bogdanov emphasizes that the brainchild he created will most actively participate in the country's political life and will certainly compete for seats in the State Duma of Russia, the election of which is just around the corner.
“At the moment, this is the main goal for us. We plan to enlist at least 3% of the vote in order to have the right to participate in regional elections without collecting signatures and to receive the possibility of budget financing. These two terms are enough for the CPSU to develop successfully, ”the party leader emphasized. He also added that “not collecting signatures” is not a priority, since the Communist Party of Social Justice has impressive experience in this area.
