In society, there is an opinion that the life of any person with disabilities is necessarily divided into “before” and “after” injuries. But it seems that Ksenia Bezuglova, whose photo is posted below in the article, was a happy exception to the rule. True, until a miracle happened, because to this day she moves in a wheelchair. But, as we see, the girl does not give up, since at the end of 2012 she won her first victory, having won the prestigious Miss World title among the disabled.
Ksenia Bezuglova can rightfully become a worthy example for those whom fate decided to test for strength. Agree that it’s worth telling more about the life of this extraordinary woman. Children, school and student years
Ksenia Bezuglova (Kishinev) was born in the town of Leninsk-Kuznetsk (Kemerovo region). A year later, her family moved to the village of Volno-Nadezhdinskoye, located in the Primorsky Territory. It was here that the girls spent their childhood. She went to a typical village school, and after school participated in the productions of the local puppet theater.
Having matured, Ksenia became interested in sports. She was engaged in running, and she was constantly invited to participate in various regional competitions. After graduation, she entered the Primorsky branch of the Humanitarian Academy, located in Vladivostok. Ksenia chose the Faculty of Management for herself. During this period of her life, she managed to combine her studies at the academy and her work in the advertising department of one of the most popular glossy magazines.
Unusual declaration of love
Ksenia met her future husband Alexei Bezuglov in 2003, as a 3rd year student. This seemingly casual acquaintance turned out to be that love at first sight. I must say that Ksenia was already preparing to marry another guy by that time, but the strong feelings that arose towards Alexei made the girl leave her fiance 10 days before the wedding. It is worth noting that she never regretted it.
Three years after they met, Alexey Bezuglov made an offer to his beloved girlfriend. By the way, residents of Vladivostok could also watch this exciting event, as the engagement of the couple in love took place right on the main square of the city. Alexei, like a real fairy-tale prince, came for his bride on a white horse, and Ksenia, in turn, filed a beautiful carriage.
In the same year, the young people played a wedding, and then flew to Moscow. In the capital, Alexei was engaged in the construction business, and Ksenia worked in glossy magazines. Two years later she became pregnant. This news for the spouses was long-awaited. They began to actively prepare for the birth of their firstborn. Then the future seemed to them cloudless and happy.
Car accident
What happened to Ksenia Bezuglova in August 2008, could develop into a real tragedy. The fact is that the girl had a car accident, after which her life changed dramatically. It all started with the fact that Ksenia with her beloved husband decided to go on vacation to Vladivostok in order to relax, and at the same time celebrate the next anniversary of their wedding. On the way home, a car with a happy couple traveling in it got into an accident.
The result of a car accident was a fracture of the spine, since the pregnant Ksenia Bezuglova at the time of the accident was in the back seat of the car. The pain experienced by a young woman can not be described in any way. In addition, she clearly recognized that the life of her firstborn, whom she and her husband looked forward to, could be in mortal danger.
Immediately after the car accident, the wounded woman was loaded into a helicopter and taken to a hospital. She underwent a very complicated operation, after which she was in intensive care for a long time. And then a long treatment awaited her. Soon, Ksenia Bezuglova, whose diagnosis was already very disappointing, learned from doctors that anesthesia used during surgery could adversely affect the development of her unborn child. But the woman did not listen to the advice of experts and still decided to give birth, as she was deeply convinced that her baby would be born completely healthy.
The birth of a daughter
Needless to say, Ksenia Bezuglova, having discharged from the hospital, was in a depressed state, since the unfortunate accident thoroughly crippled her mental and life energy. At first she was forbidden to sit down, and so she lay all the time. Despite this, her beloved husband Alexey supported her as best he could and during this difficult period for her was always there. Ksenia's mom, who flew from Vladivostok, also helped to overcome all the hardships of the young couple.
So reliable support for loved ones and those close to her, as well as thoughts about the unborn child, prevented the woman from falling into deep depression. Finally, in February 2009, such a long-awaited and completely healthy girl was born, whom her parents called Taisiya.
Rehabilitation
But the appearance of the baby did not solve all the problems. After giving birth, a young mother was expected by a very long rehabilitation course. Ksenia believed that in a year or two she would be able to get on her feet, but her hopes, unfortunately, did not materialize: she remained confined to a wheelchair. But, fortunately, she turned out to be a strong woman and did not give up, as she knew that her little daughter needed. On a wheelchair, the girl was spinning around the kitchen, preparing milk porridge for her child. The young mother fed Tasenka herself and looked after her.
Of course, Xenia sometimes wanted to cry because of her hopelessness, but she did this only when no one was at home. The girl for a long time could not come to terms with the thought that she would never walk again, but she was not going to remain in such a helpless state. She finally realized that in the current situation it was necessary to change her worldview and attitude to life.
Social activity
We can say that Ksenia Bezuglova took the first steps in this direction when she began to visit a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities. Especially her attention was attracted by women in wheelchairs. She noticed that they all looked gloomy, groomed, and had lost all interest in life. And then Ksenia came up with an interesting thought: what if we organize for these lost women master classes in style and makeup? To her surprise, this venture quickly gained popularity.
Encouraged by such success, Bezuglova filed an application for participation in the design competition, where people with disabilities could take part. Having done this, Ksenia realized that fate had not in vain sent her such a test. From now on, she decided to take up the support of people with disabilities and prove to them by her own example that even sitting in a chair, you can be purposeful, energetic and cheerful person.
New Miss World
The events that took place in December 2012 became truly significant for Ksenia. She won the Vertical Beauty Contest, which was attended by girls from more than twenty countries. This event was held in Rome, and the next morning after the final, the girl woke up famous. Almost all major foreign publications wrote about it, including Vogue and Vanity Fair. In Russia, they only found out about this a year later, when dozens of journalists who asked for an interview began to call her.
