Laura Prepon is an American actress who starred in the comedy series The Seventies Show. Member of the Scientology Movement.
Biography
Born March 7, 1980 in the small town of Watchung, in the state of New Jersey. Her father, an orthopedic surgeon, was a Russian Jew, and her mother, an Irish Catholic, worked as a teacher. In addition to Laura, four more children grew up in the family. Laura was the youngest.
She graduated from school in her city, Watchung. For a long time she was engaged in dancing (ballet) and sports (playing soccer), from an early age dreamed of being an actress. Already at the age of fifteen, the girl, thanks to her appearance and growth, tried herself as a model, speaking on the catwalk in Paris, Milan, Sao Paulo.
After graduating from school, Laura Prepon went to New York. There she studied acting at the theater. In 1997, the seventeen-year-old girl made her film debut. Then Laura played in the opera "They Continue." The young actress was noticed and invited to the project "Show of the seventies", which later became very popular. After that, she was awarded the prize in the nominations "Best Breakthrough of the Year" and "Best Actress".
