Since childhood, Milan was fond of martial arts, so she began her sporting career at school with classes in the judo section. When Dadasheva was 15 years old, that is, in 2010, she received an invitation to the city championship in wrestling. After winning the tournament, the girl realized that the fight is closer to her and decided to change into a wrestling tights. So in this sport a new star was lit - Milan Dadashev. Freestyle wrestling became for her the arena where she had more than once to climb the podium.

In early summer, the athlete became the third at the European Youth Championship in Zagreb. We had to wait for the next success until 2013, when in May Milan Dadashev (freestyle wrestling in the category up to 48 kg) became the first at the annual youth tournament named after Sirakov and Iliev, which was held in the Bulgarian city of Varna.
And a month before, she became the champion of Russia at the tournament in Perm. Also in May 2013, Dadashev was waiting for another success - bronze at a competition in the German city of Dormagen (in the consolation finals of Milan, he defeated a colleague in the Russian national team - Ekaterina Polishchuk).
But in July 2013, Milan failed the European Youth Championship, which was held in Skopje, Macedonia. The athlete took seventh place, stopping the fight already in the second round, after losing to German Catherine Henke. The year 2013 ended for the athlete with a terrible injury - a rupture of the cruciate ligaments, which suggested a rather long recovery line. The rehabilitation process took about two and a half months, after which the athlete took part in the Minsk tournament, but did not take prizes. The year 2016 for the young athlete began with the final third place at the adult championship in Paris. In early spring, at the European Championship among athletes under 23, Milan took third place, where in a dramatic battle for bronze she got the upper hand over European champion among juniors Violetta Chirik.
At the beginning of summer at the adult championship of Russia, Milan Dadashev, for whom freestyle wrestling became a priority in life, simply did not leave any chance to the rivals. All four famous opponents were on the shoulder blades - this could not be called a sensation, but many coaches and experts were surprised by what they saw.
Then it became clear that Milan is the main contender for a trip to the Olympic Games in Brazil to represent the Russian team of wrestlers in the weight category up to 48 kg. Dadasheva was officially included in the application of the Russian Olympic team in July 2016.
