The younger Volkov Nikolai Nikolaevich was born in Odessa in 1934. His father was another popular Soviet actor. Nikolai Volkov Sr. was primarily famous for participating in the fairy-tale film Gennady Kazan "Old Man Hottabych", in which he played the main role.
At one time, the father of the hero of our article had many awards and prizes for vivid roles on the big screen. In particular, he became an Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR and an Honored Artist of the RSFSR. As we see, in this moment the son surpassed the glory of his father, becoming popular.
The younger Volkov Nikolai Nikolaevich decided to follow in the footsteps of his illustrious parent. On the stage and film set, he saw himself from early childhood. At the beginning of the career

For the role in this television series, Volkov received a special award - he was awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples.
