From beginning to end, only women were involved in planning and organizing the flight of the aircraft (this includes pilots, stewardesses, ramp workers, and so on). The organization Delta WING Flight appeared in 2015, its main goal is to diversify the industry in which men are dominant, and to acquaint girls with a career in the field of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) at a young age. In 2019, it was an anniversary, and there were more than 600 students.
