We often see a completely different picture. These topics are often bypassed. There were cases when, in high school, when studying human anatomy, it turned to paragraphs about the differences and signs of male and female, the teacher asked to read these pages at home, without explaining anything or discussing these topics in the classroom.
This approach to these issues is fundamentally wrong. Young people should not enter into adulthood morally unprepared.

Therefore, every woman who begins to live a sex life, even a very young one, should know not only about contraception, but also about the signs of pregnancy, especially it is necessary to pay great attention to the breast during pregnancy and in the subsequent feeding of the baby.
Breast appearance
Usually on a proportionally folded chest, the nipple halo is small. One of the signs of pregnancy, when the halo begins to stretch and increase in size. Not only the nipple halos during pregnancy increase, but also the breast itself.
The mammary gland, starting from the first days of pregnancy, undergoes the first changes - it becomes painful, dense, and increased sensitivity of the nipples. The breast, they say in common people, is poured - this increases blood circulation, and milk ducts begin to increase.
The halo of the nipple darkens and can just turn brown. Not only the nipple darkens, a strip in the center of the abdomen is subject to pigmentation, in some women the face, arms, shoulders. All this is individual and not at all manifested. This is not scary, after giving birth everything returns to normal.
In some expectant mothers, in whom the nipple halo quickly begins to increase in size over several weeks, the skin of the nipples also stretches, which leads to painful sensations and itching in the nipple region. In most women, nipples itch during pregnancy.
All changes in the breast - this is preparing it for breastfeeding. Usually no preparation is specifically needed, but there are times when the halo of the nipple is tight and does not stretch. In this case, you need to stimulate the nipples (if there is no threat of miscarriage), alternately pulling them and massaging with the thumb and forefinger.
