First of all, the color of the yolk depends on how the grain was fed to the chicken. Moreover, saturation is manifested if the food was varied from the time when this chicken was a chicken, and also depends on the area where this chicken lived.
Bright yellow or orange yolks
Chicken eggs can have a different shade of yolk. If you feed the chickens with foods that contain a large amount of luteal extracts and xanthophyll, the yolk will have a bright orange color. Such an interesting phenomenon as a reddish or red-orange yolk appears when chicken and chickens are fed such green plants as spinach, peppers, broccoli and cabbage. It is known that green or dark red plants contain xanthophyllum extract.
