The girl’s modeling career began in 2007 after her sister Monica advised her to take part in the open casting of GAGA Models Agency, which was held in one of the Polish shopping centers.
Soon she signed a contract with the famous IMG agency and in July of that year appeared on the cover of the French fashion magazine Jalouse.
As a 13-year-old teenager, Monica Yagachak participated in an advertising campaign for the Hermes brand for the fall-winter 2007 season along with model Daria Verbova, surpassing more than 600 other candidates.
Later, in an interview, the model said that before taking part in the campaign, she never heard of Hermes and the famous photographer who conducted the shooting - Peter Lindbergh. “I think ignorance helped me stay relaxed, ” she said. Despite their success, Monica's photos annoyed some critics who were frustrated by the idea of sexualizing girls at such a young age.
Soon after, Monica continued her career in other countries. In 2008, she went to Japan, where she starred for the cover of Elle.
