Career

After he was mobilized in 1947, Anatoly Mityaev got a job as a journalist in a regional newspaper. Then they began to publish his stories. Soon he becomes the executive secretary of Pioneer Truth. After working there for two years, in 1960 he was transferred to Murzilka as editor-in-chief. Anatoly Mityaev, having gone through the difficulties of wartime, did not lose the feeling of a childlike, uncomplicated, naive vision of the world. Therefore, the magazine under his leadership flourished. Who else could publish the press for children, if not the person who understood so well how they see the surrounding reality and what they want from life.

After 1972, he worked as editor-in-chief of Soyuzmultfilm. At this time, he not only carries out leadership activities, but also writes several scripts for cartoons. All of them turned out to be instructive and funny. For example, the cartoon "Granddaughter is lost" talks about the relationship between grandfather and granddaughter. The girl does not obey, and the elderly man decides to scare her with the police. After that, the granddaughter runs away. So the police really had to look for her. After the girl was brought home, grandfather understands that his teaching method did not work and should not be done anymore.

The book "The Feat of a Soldier"

The war is won thanks to the efforts of ordinary people. This was known and remembered by Anatoly Mityaev. In his book, he collected six stories about the events of the Great Patriotic War. In the preface, the author addresses children. Briefly recalling what war is and how long it lasted, Anatoly Mityaev, whose stories were loved by children, goes on to the main idea. Everything must be done so that it does not happen again. And for this we should not forget about the feat of the soldier, his courage, dedication and devotion to the homeland.

About the attitude to the feat

The story "Triangular letter" refers to a soldier named Boris, who wrote a letter to his mother. The day was calm, and he reported that everything was fine, that he was healthy. But suddenly a military attack began, and Boris saved the wounded during her. Then he sat down to finish writing the letter. For him, everything that happened was not new, but he did not begin to tell his mother about it, so as not to worry her. A soldier, making a feat, appreciates him less than the calmness of his mother, for whom, in turn, it is important that her son is alive and well.
