Ryadovka is a type of mushroom that belongs to the genus lamellar and the Ryadovkov family. Scientists have more than 2.5 thousand species of these mushrooms. Most of the rows can be eaten, but there are those that can not be eaten. Edible species include such species as violet, scaly, massive, poplar, yellow, gray, giant, rowan-legged and matsutake. The rest (and large) of this family is poisonous and belongs to conditionally edible fungi.

Rowing grows on sandy soil among coniferous and mixed forests. It bears fruit from the end of summer and through the middle of autumn. Edible mushrooms have a pleasant taste and smell, they are fried, pickled, salted. It is better to collect them for food while they are young, because mature rowers have a bitter taste. Many doctors recommend this type of living plant to patients with tuberculosis; some subspecies are used in the manufacture of antibiotics. But, despite their benefits, this treat should not be given to children.

The rowings differ in the colors of the hats, they can often be found growing in a circle or in a row, which is why they got this name. Ordinary violet - a delicious edible mushroom, the hallmarks of which are its color and smell. Due to the purple hue of the hat, they are also called violet, cyanosis and titmouse. Young mushrooms have a convex hat in the form of a semicircle measuring 7-15 cm, mature ones are almost flat, with the edges bent to the bottom. The pulp is thick, dense, having a color from violet to lilac-cream.

Finding this delicacy is easy. During the season, the purple row is densely populated by all plantings and forests, regardless of their type. Often it can be found in the garden. This species of lamellar mushrooms can be harvested from the end of summer to steady frosts.

The row row is gray (streaky) and has a pale gray color with a conical-convex shape. The surface of the young fungus is smooth, but cracks may appear as it grows. The leg has a white or grayish tint, its surface may be covered with flakes. This type of rowing has a pleasant taste and powdery smell. Inexperienced mushroom pickers can often confuse the gray row with the poisonous fibrous, which is distinguished by a thinner skin and an ash-gray color of the hat.

The row of whites (tricholoma white) has white, and sometimes cream, color. The hat is also convex, cartilaginous in appearance, with a diameter of 3-8 cm. As it ripens, it becomes wavy, convex-spread with yellowish spots. The leg is long, elastic, slightly curved, fibrous, with an unpleasant specific odor. This is a poisonous mushroom, it resembles an edible row of fused. In the mushroom season, white trichome can be very often found along roads, from afar mistaking it for an edible champignon, distinctly nodule, which can grow with it in the same places.

Matsutake (like violet rowing) refers to edible mushrooms. This is a very tasty view of the Ryadovkov family, which grows next to trees under fallen leaves. It is worth noting that this mushroom grows only under certain types of trees. So, for example, in Japan it can be found at the foot of a red pine, and in North America - at the trunks of pine and fir. Fruits matsutake from late June to early October.
