Armenia is a beautiful country located in the South Caucasus. Scientists believe that it was there that the oldest man appeared in the Paleolithic era. In addition, Armenia is a country that first of all adopted Christianity as a state faith. Impressive, right? But that's not all! Baghramyan Ivan Khristoforovich
Marshal Baghramyan - Hero of the Soviet Union. He was born in 1897. At first Baghramyan studied at a parish school, but then went to a technical school. During the First World War he began to fight in the Russian imperial army. For some time he served in the infantry regiment, and then in the cavalry regiment. In 1917 he was already a graduate of the ensign school. Since 1918 he began to serve in the national Armenian army. At the same time, his regiment detained the Turkish invaders. However, in 1920, Marshal Baghramyan was arrested due to rebellion, although he was soon released. He was left without punishment? Turned a blind eye to the misconduct? No, he was demoted to platoon commander.
However, not everything was so bad. Supporting the Red Army, Baghramyan ensured that in 1923 he had his own regiment, and a year later he had the opportunity to go to study in Leningrad. Soon, when he graduated, he did not stop and decided to enter the Frunze Military Academy. From that moment, he began to move rapidly up the career ladder. The colonel, the chief of the operational headquarters, and the teacher at the Academy of the General Staff, are all the merits of Baghramyan, whom he was very proud of and, perhaps, would have received the same ranks if it had not been for the Stalinist terror. Another bright personality. Aram Khachaturian is a great composer, who was put on a par with Glinka and Prokofiev. He was born in a large family in which five children were brought up. Although Khachaturian was born in Georgia, he was Armenian by nationality and always remembered this. As a child, the composer was a very energetic, agile and perky child. Parents were worried about him, so they decided to send Khachaturian to study in a boarding school to give him a really good education. The boy sang a lot in the hostel, and probably for this reason he soon begged the parents for a piano. The most interesting thing was that he did not know any basics of music, although he so passionately wanted to learn everything. He did it very well!
When Aram Khachaturian grew up, he went from Georgia to Moscow, where he became a student of the biological and physical-mathematical faculties. In Moscow, he became interested in performances by Mayakovsky, often went to theaters and concerts. After some time, Khachaturian entered the Gnessin School, deciding to finally and irrevocably connect his life with music. During the Second World War, the whole country was proud and admired by his works.
In addition, this famous Armenian of the world composed music for piano and various concerts. Often worked on musical accompaniments to theatrical productions. The Ministry of Culture in Armenia and the State Youth Orchestra were named in honor of Aram Khachaturian. Every year competitions are held in his honor. The body of the composer was buried in the capital of Armenia.

Arno Babajanyan simply stamped his foot and clapped to the beat of the music. The famous composer noticed this and advised the boy to do music.
When Arno Babajanyan graduated from high school, he went to college for a Gnesinka course. In addition, he attended an Armenian musical educational institution and received a specialty as a composer, and he also graduated from the Igumnov Conservatory in Moscow.
Collaborating with Robert Rozhdestvensky, Arno Babajanyan wrote many songs, but all the time he was tormented by thoughts about his homeland, so he often returned there. He was given strength by the recognition and love of his own people, because Arno always respected the Armenian people and listened to his opinion. Babajanyan wrote music to which poems were created by contemporary poets.
At the age of thirty, Arno Babajanyan was diagnosed with bleeding, so the Soviet authorities decided to call a good doctor from Paris. Of course, this could not have done without the help of compatriots. Then Arnault was examined by a French doctor and prescribed appropriate treatment. After that, the composer lived with a diagnosis for several decades.

Mikael Tariverdiev is a famous composer who mainly wrote instrumental music. A composer was born in Georgia. Even in kindergarten, Tariverdiev participated in sporting events, enrolled in various interest groups. He was interested in horse riding, boxing and swimming. But the parents insisted that the boy engage in music education. Tariverdiev was enrolled in a music school where he studied piano. After graduation, he entered the music school. Mikael Tariverdiev came under the leadership of Aram Ilyich Khachaturian. With this, he was certainly lucky. In addition, this famous Armenian of the world starred in films in parallel with his studies and composed some works for them.

Mkrtchyan was born in 1930 in the city of Gyumri. He was brought up in a large family. Even in childhood, Mkrtchyan began to show acting talent. But he did not take him seriously, so immediately after school he went to earn physical labor. He worked a lot in his early years, although he managed to find time to play in small theatrical productions. Of course, this gave him great pleasure. Then Mkrtchyan entered the Armenian university, which he successfully graduated in 1956. By that time he was already in one theatrical troupe. In 1956, Frunzik Mkrtchyan also managed to star in his first film. After that, he won more and more respect, but in the 80th year he was forced to leave the film industry, and in the 90th - his favorite theater. This is the inventor who discovered the technology that laid the foundation for color television. Hovhannes Adamyan was born in Azerbaijan in the family of an Armenian businessman.
As a boy, he became interested in science. After school, this famous Armenian of the world moved to Europe, where he decided to continue his education. In France, Switzerland and Germany, Adamyan studied and then began working on his own inventions.
He developed black and white and color television systems. Developing his theoretical knowledge, Adamyan became the first person in the world to receive at least some results on working with color television and, first of all, transmission of color television. In March 1908, he patented a two-color device for signal transmission. He later received the same patents in the UK, France and Russia. Despite the fact that the invention was widely publicized, it can be considered only one of the predecessors of color television, because any color is made up of combinations of three primary colors, and two were and will not be enough. In addition, the device could not show moving objects. Most of the documents and records of this invention were lost when the bombing of Munich took place during World War II.

Luther George Simjyan is an Armenian scientist who created about 200 inventions.
Simjyan was born in Turkey on January 28, 1905 and died on October 23, 1997 at the age of 92. He lived a lot, right? During World War I, a young fifteen year old guy immigrated to the United States. He was forced to move and part with his family because of the Armenian Genocide. In the USA, relatives helped him. Then he began to study independently in Connecticut, moonlighting as a photographer. First, Luther George Simjian studied at Yale, studying medicine. However, his preferences changed when the university presented one project in the laboratory in which they worked with images. In 1928, he became director of the department of photography at the university. And already in the 30s he made a great contribution to the development of x-ray machines.
The world's first ATM
Soon, Luther George Simjian founded his own company and with its help began to create new technologies. In the same year, he had a desire to make such a device that could independently give people money. He struggled for a long time over this very difficult task. The path was not easy, because virtually no bank did not reckon with him and his ideas. However, having obtained more than 15 patents, he nevertheless developed the world's first ATM and concluded a contract with one very successful and reputable company. But not everything was so smooth. Simjyan’s invention was not in demand in the market, so the contract was terminated after six months. ATM - this is perhaps the most popular invention Simjyan.
