Descent near Voronezh State University
You can also admire Voronezh from the site located near the main building of Voronezh State University. You can see from there the private sector of the right bank and the cliff, densely overgrown with trees.
This site is not landscaped, therefore not safe. However, many tourists and locals are eager to visit there, take beautiful photos and enjoy the wonderful view. In order to get there, you need to go around the Voronezh State University on the left and go past the Ilyinsky Church to the Sevastyanovsky Congress.
Observation deck on Sports Embankment
There is a landscaped area on Sportivnaya Embankment with a gorgeous view of the reservoir and the right bank. It is especially interesting to be here in the evening: first you can admire the sunset, and then enjoy the view of night Voronezh, sparkling with many lights.
