In the retail chains of DM and Rossmann in the Czech Republic, the sale of shampoos and shower gels for bottling has started. This initiative is twofold. At the same time, it should improve the environmental situation and reduce the cost of personal care products for the end user.

Unusual solution

Currently, two supermarket chains that were previously mentioned offer to buy plastic bottles at one time for their customers and then pour shampoo or shower gel into them many times. Then, with the help of scales and a printing system, you can get a sticker with the cost of a product.

As a rule, the cost of a container is high enough for such products, and it is used once under normal conditions. After that, an empty bottle is thrown away. The initiative of supermarkets should facilitate their reuse.
