The businessman himself in an interview talked about how he began his career at Vnukovo Airport. According to him, he did not come to get a job here, but simply came to collect the money that he should have. Together, according to Vitaly Anatolyevich Vantsev, he stayed to work.

In this interview, a well-known businessman told how he started his business. It is known that at that time the fuel debts of the international airport were too large. Therefore, Vnukovo could not repay it, they began to sell off types of business.

It was then that Vitaly Anatolevich bought a fueling complex with his Vals colleagues. As a result, this led to the fact that the Vals company became the fueling infrastructure of the famous airport. After that, it was decided to change the name of the company. Instead of “Valsa” appeared “Aviation and Oil Company”.

In the late nineties, the ANK company began to engage in various airport investments. For this purpose, a new company, Vnukovo-Invest, was specially created. This business also includes the father of Vitaly Vantsev. First, he became the CEO of Vegos Corporation, and at the end of the nineties he already took the same position at ANK. In an interview, a famous businessman said that his father entered into their business after he graduated from his teaching career at the Military Academy.

At the beginning of the 2000s, Vitaly Anatolyevich became the General Director of Vnukovo. In the same year, 2002, Yuri Luzhkov, the mayor of the capital, made a proposal to transfer all Vnukovo shares to Moscow, paying off all debts in this way. The very next year, the Russian president signed a decree on transferring shares of Vnukovo Airport to the capital’s property.

But still, most of the shares still belonged to Vitaly Vantsev and his father, as well as his colleagues at ANK. As a result of the transfer of assets, a new company, Vnukovo International Airport, was formed. A management company was also determined, which became the capital’s government and, accordingly, the Vnukovo-Invest company, which was controlled by Vitaly Vantsev, owning the largest number of shares in this company.

But two years later, the famous businessman Vitaly Vantsev headed its director's board. As you know, in this position he worked for three years. Company “Moscow. Vnukovo ”is closely connected with all the professional activities of a well-known and successful businessman. In 2007, Vitaly Anatolyevich was a co-owner of the famous airport, and his father acted as manager.

Vantsev's activities in anti-crisis headquarters

In the fall of 2008, Vitaliy Anatolyevich, whose professional activity was completely connected with the Moscow Vnukovo Airport, decided to head the anti-crisis headquarters, which was supposed to help resolve the situation around AirUnion. The crisis in this alliance occurred after at first they simply delayed the payment of fuel, and then such a delay led to the fact that many aviation companies began to delay the departure of flights because of this.

At the end of the spring of the same year, the president signed a decree that a state corporation Rostekhnologiya be organized, to which all the controlling stakes of those companies that did not fulfill their obligations would be transferred. But at the same time, the well-known AirUnion alliance will also be included in this company.

Activities in Russian Airlines

In the same year, registration of a new company took place, where half of the shares were held by the Moscow government, and the other half belonged to Russian Technologies. The capital aviation company Atlant-Soyuz took over all the debts of the AirUnion alliance, paying off its creditors.

Already in the middle of autumn 2008, a new company was created and registered - Russian Airlines. It is known that Vitaly Anatolyevich got 99% of all shares in this new company. Vitaly Vantsev (Rosavia) eventually bought out the last block of shares from Konstantin Musovatov.

From the very beginning of the creation of the new company by the constituent assembly, Vitaly Anatolyevich was chosen by its general director. But, besides this, Vitaly Vantsev also also owned 80% of the shares of Vnukovo-invest, several percent of the shares of Vnukovo Airport, Vnukovo Aircraft Repair Plant No. 400 and others. Businessman Vantsev himself estimated his stake in Vnukovo at about one billion dollars.

Vitaly Vantsev in one of his interviews spoke about the desire to become another shareholder of this new company. But, in the words of a famous businessman, no one offered to do this to him, but when this company gets a little stronger and can already enter the stock market on his own, he will certainly fulfill his desire.

Activities in the company "Sky Express"

At the end of 2008, a successful businessman Vantsev decided to acquire another 39% stake in SkyExpress, which was created by the Abramovich brothers. It belongs to the first Russian lowcost - air carriers. The metropolitan government immediately warned that this was a personal project of the successful businessman Vantsev, therefore he was not connected in any way with the Russian Airlines company. The same thing was later confirmed in an interview by the well-known and successful businessman himself.

Already in the spring of next year, companies, which were also closely linked with Vitaly Anatolyevich, acquired an additional 70 percent of the shares of this company, whose legal name is Heavenly Express. There is an assumption that the Abramovich brothers gave up some of their shares in order to pay off debts. This was claimed by the newspaper "Vedomosti", which very often housed an interview with a successful businessman Vantsev.

But already in March 2009, Vitaly Anatolyevich offered to purchase his shares in Heavenly Express company to the Moscow government. He established, according to the newspaper Vedomosti, a small fee for these shares. So, he set a price of one dollar for each share. Such a low price for SkyExpress shares was due to the fact that it was necessary to repay debts of more than two billion fuel suppliers at the international airport.

Law in life

The successful businessman Vantsev was able to prove himself in jurisprudence. So, in 2001, he defended his thesis on crimes in the world of lending and became a candidate of legal sciences.
